Circumferential Body Lift Case 83

This patient is in her late 30s. She presented to our office for a breast implant exchange and a circumferential body lift. She did not like how her breasts were two different sizes and she wanted them to be bigger. She was having concerns about her extra skin around her trunk. We discussed that a circumferential body lift would give her better results than an abdominoplasty. She agreed. She was an excellent candidate for surgery. She had 3114 grams of tissue removed circumferentially and 335 cc, round, smooth, silicone breast implants were placed. Her post-op photos were taken five months after surgery.
