This patient is in his upper 30s. He presented to our office for gynecomastia. He was concerned about fullness of his chest. He had been considering the procedure for many years. He was an excellent candidate power-assisted liposuction and direct excision of gynecomastia. His post-op photos were taken 5 months after surgery.
