This patient is in her early 50s. She presented to our office for symptomatic macromastia. She was a 44 D prior to surgery. The size of her breasts were impeding her mobility and causing pain in her neck and shoulders. She was a great candidate for breast reduction. She had just over 2 pounds of breast tissue removed. Her post-op photos were taken 11 months after surgery.
