Tummy Tuck Case 81

This patient is in her mid-50s. She presented to our office for an abdominoplasty. She has three children, one set of twins. She had two c-sections. She was concerned about skin excess of her lower abdomen. She worked hard but was never able to get rid of it. She also felt that her abdominal muscles had separated. We discussed abdominoplasty with circumferential liposuction of the trunk and how she was an excellent candidate for surgery. She now feels very confident in her swimsuit and is happy with the outcome. Her post-op photos were taken six months after surgery.
