Gynecomastia Case 56

This patient is in his early 30s. He presented in our office to talk about his chest area. He was concerned about the fullness of his chest and prominence of his nipples. He was an excellent candidate for surgery. Discussed excision of gynecomastia with power-assisted liposuction. He had 300 cc of fat removed. He is very happy with his results. His post-op photos were taken about 3 months after surgery.
